Can someone give me any tips on how to make this thrive? Dont want it to die!

I propagated it in water for a few weeks until we had roots then I planted them in succulent soil for now (faster drainage). I looked online and it said to give them room to breathe so I planted them in this pot its probably about 8 inches?

I initially had them under my Barrina T8 lights but got the feeling it was too much so ive just put them on my fireplace for now.

Any help would be appriciated🙏

Edit more info: the T8s were directly above and there seems to be new leaves about to grow. The leaves feel fine (not limp/soft etc) so I think the leaves may have been curling towards the grow light which is why they are at a weird angle but please correct me if I'm wrong).
