Bought the house and the deck was an absolute death trap. Took the leap and went for it. How’d I do? Next in the plan is to install landscaping rock to surround the deck, a square planter in that corner, and a fire pit nearby.

Holy moly many vehicles you parking on it?
Question. Is this code? I tore out my old ground level deck (about the same height off the ground) and a contractor told me it wasn’t code for a deck to be that close to the ground. Mind you, I have no idea what he was talking about.
The stairs aren’t my style but good work nonethelessz
What about the corners? Do you plan on closing them in?
Not sure if you have kids but that looks like soccer ball twilight zone. Haha
