I've had her for about 9 months, and these spots are pretty new developments. Noticed the dark spots about two weeks ago, and the light browning within the past couple of days. I have her in a window with faux wood blinds about 1/2 to 2/3 closed. I water when the top of the soil feels dry, and have her in a week draining mix of orchid bark, tropical soil, coco coir, perlite, and moss. Not sure if its the changing season affecting lighting or what. Any help or advice would be awesome

Looks like fungal infection possibly. Check for pests and root rot. Leaf miner maybe 🤔. Use neem oil.
