I've had my new paludarium setup for about a week and a half now, and I'm not sure how to fix the nitrate levels and water hardiness. I'm hoping to get vampire crabs eventually, and they require:
PH should be between 7.5-8.0
KH should be between 0-10
GH should be between 4-16
Nitrate levels should be kept lower than 20 ppm
Going from tarantulas to water critters is hard! 😅😅

Look up a good video on how to cycle an aquarium. The same principles apply here. You already have nitrites, so you’re part of the way.
