Grateful for any and all advice. Had this going for 1.5-2 months been trying to add a healthy balance of green and brown and maintain a wet and hot environment. Stirred every week or two and have been trying to break down what I put in there as much as possible. Thank you for yalls help 🙏🫶🏻🤙🏻🫂

Hard to tell from a picture, but it looks really wet. Does it smell badly? Have you checked the temperature? Is it getting hot?
If it smells or isn’t getting hot, I’d try drying it out with some sawdust or shredded cardboard and then add some cut grass for fast green heat buildup. Don’t water it and don’t let it get drenched from rain.
It does look wet, and agree with the comment above about adding stuff like sawdust and greens to heat it up again.
I’d calm down on the turning so often, maybe every few weeks if that unless you’re adding a high amount of materials constantly.
