My fence post cactus cutting hasn’t put up roots in months


Feels firm to the touch but hasn't put any roots I have tried soil and water propagation

    Inside under grow lights? Window? If you’re able to put it outside for a couple weeks it should take off. I would assume it’s not getting enough light where it is

    I’d just lay it down on top of the soil not fully buried and give it lots of light like west window with additional grow light. Since it’s not soft it’s still good.
