Purchased this property that had 28 chickens 3 weeks ago. In the previous owners absence the chickens decided their coop wasn’t roomy enough and moved into the horse barn. I locked them out and have been trying to get them all back into the coop and there are a couple that are rebelling.

Film it and make millions from YouTube.
i can sense your frustration but the “about to fistfight my chickens” got me. what a place to lay an egg😅😂
Breakfast to go, I don’t see the problem here
Too funny!! 😂 it’s always so interesting to hear about previous owners leaving their animas behind. I suppose if the chickens are too much of a hassle maybe rehome them?
Chickens don’t have fists.
Smh. Tag me in we will double team them.
Is the coop filthy, or insecure? They’re not going to want to go someplace that’s vile, or a buffet for some predator.
Will the fight be pay-per-view?
But you ain’t got no fists lieutenant chicken.
Wait till 30 chickens crap on the hood of that car. Every night
Problem birds get eaten first.
That’s a very cheeky “And keep the change yard filthy animal” from the chicken.
Shitting on my freshly power washed driveway was where I drew the line, set some corner posts and bought a gate, fenced in 900 sq ft pasture
The solution (if there’s room in the coop) is to lock them in for about a week or two to retrain them where to roost and where to lay eggs. You can also do a patrol every night for chickens roosting in other places, snatch them up and put them on the roost bar in the coop, most of mine got the idea after a few days of this (though it only solves the roosting issue and not the laying other places issue).
Aw you sure they’re not pigeons
This is some r/stupiddovenests material
[Watch out. They are more dangerous than you think.](https://youtu.be/miomuSGoPzI?si=XZYBURwq6zRP2HDF)
Stop this behavior now before it gets in your vents and you can’t get the smell outta the car
They dodge hard. Rocky wasted his energy chasing a chicken. It would have been much harder training to try and punch one in the face.
That title is hysterical. Just too funny!
Lol. This is why I love Reddit.
That is a chicken shit move!
I’d be making myself a chicken omelette. That’s not just revenge, but a family vendetta.
Awe, they just feel so safe with your car
They just want to make sure you don’t go to work hungry
Time to stomp out the rebelling and enjoy a nice chicken dinner. 🍗🍗
check your coop for intruders, snakes, etc. fence it. lure them in with food. lock them in. feed and water them well. after a week couple weeks they’ll get it together again.
apparently a flock size of 30 is bad. They start becoming chaotic in flock dynamics so you want to keep each flock either less or way more than that. I’m going to try 20 to see if they stay in harmony but if I want to add more it’ll be a different coop with social distancing
Never fight anything that is willing to throw its own babies at your car!
Get them out of the horse barn if you ever want to keep horses there. Maybe not you, but you could rent it out. Horses hate the smell!
This is something I’d have happen and say in response LMAO
Put a golfball where you want them to lay and they will consistently go back to that spot
Omg, thank you OP! I was feeling down and this made my day!! 🤣🤣
Just choke the chicken, much more effective.
The brought you breakfast on the go.
I genuinely couldn’t stop laughing at this.
Sell tickets OP, I’d pay (small) money to watch that fight 😀
I’ve had them lay on top of the barbecue in a pram they seem to like to lay everywhere except the egg box at times
🤣🤣🤣
I think they’re sending you a message!😂🤣😂🤣 You may have met your match, go talk to them, and see if their demands are negotiable.😂🤣😂🤣 They are at like Defcom 4!🐥🐥🐥🐥
I had turkeys jump on my hood and scratch the shit out of it. I’d call this lucky.
Oh chickens. You’re really not the smartest creatures on this planet…
