Propped pieces I found on the ground at the store and I'm guessing they are string of Tears but I'm seeking confirmation. I rooted in fluval and just potted them up. I'm keeping them in my prop box for extra humidity till they take off.

Whats the best care tips for these guys?

I repot mine into some cactus soil, I water it from the bottom and it faces to the West.
Before I water it I do a test: i hold the pot in my hands and if it’s too light I will water it (so if it’s watered you can feel which weight it should be).

I have a bunch of these in 4” pots and have found they do not like TOO much light. I have them in a very bright window. If the trailing tears start to be tiny and thin, I move it out of direct light and they plump up. Well draining soil and I water 1x a week, just a few teaspoons.
