It fell down the stairs at 3 am and I dont know what to do. Is the only option to cut and propagate and start again. Can I do it with the whole top or atleast a foot of it. Or do I need to go node by node. Im so sad, I was going to moss pole it friday too and repot it but no it chose suicide.

Dang im sorry that’s beautiful! I don’t think you need to go node by node. But I’d make a few choice cuts to prop
Is this a white princess?

Remove the red circled leaves. Stick in water. The green lines are the nodes. With that big of a top I’d submerge the bottom 3 nodes. You should be able to root the entire top portion and the bottom should regrow. Add rooting hormone to the water. I know you’re supposed to put a tiny bit on the nodes itself, and not in the water. But it mixes into the water anyway, and I’ve had better luck just mixing a small bit into the water itself. Make sure you change the water weekly or 2x a week. Edit: these are tropical rainforest climbing vines. They basically evolved in an environment that contains damage like this. A broken vine is not a death sentence.
Had this happen with my Silversword, which decided to fall down in the middle of the night by itself.😅
Depends on what you want.
Option 1, as someone already suggested, is to cut the three bottom leaves and submerge that part in water or damp Sphagnum moss.
In water, you can also use Pothos cuttings for rooting assistance (they produce a rooting hormone which they release into the water).
Option 2 would be taking about 3-4 cuttings.
That’s the one which sometimes is a bit easier than one giant cutting. My Silversword cuttings used to be 4 80cm tall plants which struggled a lot to grow new roots, and in that time their leaves got a bit wobbly. They also barely grew any roots in water, but now in moss, they’re going crazy. 😅
Put it on a moss pole and don’t cut it at all. The nodes will root into the pole and eventually it will start growing from the top again. Will probably take a while and you may get some additional growth points.
My Jose Buono committed suicide like this. He was so beautiful.
My advice is to leave whatever is left growing (with roots) in the pot to continue growing. That will definitely thrive & continue growing
