I know this is technically a ciccus discolor, but I’m new to these plants and I wanted to ask the community. What do I do in this situation? These 2 leaves are the only ones affected, and they are at the very top of the vine that is climbing its pots hanging trellis.

It looks like some sort of fungus to me. I’d cut off the worst of the leaves and spray with a copper fungicide.
