I got this Cebu Blue last weekend. It's the first pothos I've had, and I'm a little concerned about some of the leaves.

There are scratches and cracks, which I assume are from being jostled around by nursery customers, so I'm not too concerned about those.

But there are a few spots that look slightly translucent? (They look like dark spots in the first two photos, and photo 3 is one of those leaves held up to the light).

There's also a pale spot (photo 4) that I'm uncertain about.

Are these normal, or should I be worried? I don't remember seeing them at the nursery.

After bringing it home I did repot to give it a bit more drainage, and I wiped the leaves with distilled water to get rid of dust and water marks.

The slightly translucent spots might be edema from being waterlogged or wet too long.
I would check that soil and plan to change it soon if it’s too damp.

I wouldn’t be overly concerned about that one leaf yellowing. Just pay attention that it’s not multiple leaves or spreads too much.
