New Botanical-Inspired Menu at The Orchard
New for this spring and summer, Grantley Hall is inviting guests to soak up the atmosphere of a quintessential English garden party at The Orchard, the five-star hotel’s beautifully curated indoor-outdoor dining venue. Transformed for the warmer seasons, the space is decorated with soft linens, seasonal pastels and layered greenery, making an ideal setting in which to enjoy limited-edition cocktails and desserts inspired by seasonal produce while enjoying views across the Yorkshire countryside.

For April, The Orchard has partnered with Sommer to craft two new signature cocktails: Ripon Rhubarb, a frozen cocktail incorporating Sling Gin, Sommer Rhubarb & Raspberry Aperitif, guava, vanilla and lemon, alongside a Ripon Rhubarb & Raspberry Negroni. To complement the cocktails, guests can also select a Rhubarb Pavlova from the enticing dessert menu.

 

Until August, each month will celebrate a different seasonal botanical, with elderflower, rose, bramble and damson all taking their moment to shine amidst the inviting verdant surroundings.
