I cut multiple cuttings from my euphorbia cedorum and after 2-3 weeks they all started to get shrivelled in various degrees. Any idea what is happening?

I cut multiple cuttings from my euphorbia cedorum and after 2-3 weeks they all started to get shrivelled in various degrees. Any idea what is happening?

3 weeks is too long, euphorbia don’t take long to callous. Put them into substrate in a shaded spot, this hopefully will stop them from dehydrating further. 💚
