First time starting seeds and just kind of winging it. These are about 4 weeks old. Should things be bigger/further along by now? I should probably have potted up by now? In 5b and still have at least 2 weeks before they'll go in ground. Suggestions? Just looking for a little reinsurance as a first timer.

They look good, but pot them up as soon as possible. They sound be 3x the size by now. You can pot them up after they grow their first 2 leaves.
They’re looking great! I would pot up if you have enough pots to allow them some more room to grow. Also be super careful with the lettuce roots I’ve had them die trying to transplant
