Denver, Colorado, USA. I have a raised garden bed and don't recognize this plant. I usually have Columbines come up here annually, I don't know what this is. Thank you for any help!

Platycodon
Balloon flower (platycodon). It is *vigorous* in my yard, it spreads via rhizomes. It is a favorite of our bumblebees, though, and it is a gorgeous color so I keep it, but also keep on top of it by pulling new shoots that pop up outside of the designated bed.
