I’m so glad I potted up these lettuce plants because I’ve been relying on them for fresh veggies. 🌱
Honestly, I wish I had potted up more—I’m going through them faster than I expected. 😁
I only harvest the outer leaves so the plants can keep growing and producing more. I’m planning to feed them again soon to encourage even more growth.
It’s one of the keys to enjoying lettuce longer—don’t harvest the whole plant all at once. Just take the outer leaves and let it keep going.
