Looks like Althea- Rose of Sharon.
Looks like a Rose of Sharon – they are a cold hardy plant in hibiscus family – comes in various colors – yours might be:

There’s one at my house probably older than me and I don’t do anything to it, just puts out beautiful flowers every year.
Our hummingbirds LOVE IT.
