Hi, I’ve only had this begonia for a few weeks, but recently I noticed these spots on the leaves after it had already dropped one.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what it is. I suspect it might be a disease or fungal infection.

The spots are easiest to see from the underside of the leaf. It almost looks like they are turning dark from the inside, and the outside appears almost fuzzy/hairy.

Can anyone tell me more about what this might be or what I can do about it?
