Please correct me, but I think the 150 watt one is overkill

That looks really dim. Not that I would die, but might grow leggy. I have a 42W standing light in front of mine and even then, I wonder if it’s getting enough light lol

For that whole plant 10W seems to be not enough. But is there a window next to it?

No. You’re going to want the 36W for it to really do anything. 12-16hrs… Keep in mind these thrive in outside sunlight. You’re going to also want to follow the recommendations on the instructions that come with the bulb as far as distance goes

  5. Its not enough. Monstera are tropical full light loving monsters. 42watt grow light plus being directly in front of a window would be great.

Let’s say the light would be enough and set up okay, even then it’s still got the problem that it (or should I say they since it’s multiple?) has nothing to climb on. It will grow ugly and not develop big leaves with or without light, it needs support.

  7. It needs to be a full spectrum grow light #1. #2, your position is probably the worst it could be. All of your petioles are going to, within a week, twist so that the leaves are facing the light. So you’ll end up with upturned, stretched out, leaves with fenestrations that are uneven. The best placement for a grow light is slightly higher than middle and directly in front of the plant. For example, do you see how all of your leaves are facing different directions? That’s bc you’ve either been rotating your plant or moving it to different spots with different light sources. You need to find the plants “big back” and then it needs to stay put (never rotate a Monstera) facing one good light source. Good luck!
