I cut this pothos stem off around a month ago or so now (maybe longer I can’t remember)
I wasn’t confident that it would thrive since it was a bald stem but now has two leaves from my water prop! I’ve been changing the water periodically(just did it this week) but still see no roots. Should I wait longer to transfer to a nursery pot or are the leaves a sign that it needs nutrients now? Thanks in advance!!

These are ready to pot in soil from second you chop them. You can allow them to callus over for better results but not always necessary
You can plant straight from the get-go. Here’s a tutorial for that if you’re interested. It’s for basil, but also works great with pothos.
