I have a fiddle fig that is outgrowing its space. I’ve done a couple of chops before so I know I need to cut above the node. I have a few other questions though.
-Will the cut be where the tree branches?
-Do I need to add cloning paste to the cut?
-I’ll prop the cuttings but could I graft it lower on the branch?

I like where you marked it in the last photo, but I go lower on the right most trunk/branch.
Your new growth will come from the leaf scars, or between the leaf and stem, close to the cuts.
