  1. I’m no gardener but wow I appreciate a good one ❤ so much life and colour and that lawn 😊 loved this vlog you two are bringing so much joy to us watching who might not be able to get out like we used to – thank you 😊

  2. For the bird feeders you could just use anti squirrel/rat bird feeders that shut the food holes when a squirrel/rat or big birds land on them. I have had squirrels demolishing the food on bird feeders until I started using these. The newer ones also stop seed dropping out if big birds try to knock into it. Also you could use shepherd hook poles so the feeder hangs far away from the pole so rodents can’t climb and lean over onto feeder.

  3. Gorgeous garden Paul. Like you i love my Azaleas, Forest Flame Pieris and Acers. X

  7. Lovely garden Paul. I’m don’t have much luck with acers due to the wrong type of soil. My dad passed away 6 weeks ago and I have his camellia in my garden now and have purchased some sulphate of iron for it so hoping it helps it along. I now would like to purchase an acer in memory of him as I know he had one in his garden that another family member has put in their garden. Would love to know what the pink tipped one is called please so I can go in search for it.Thanks so much

  8. Beautiful garden. Thank you for sharing it. Your wife is right the conifer at the front will get too big for that location. I planted a Christmas tree 20 years ago and it is now a worry as it is huge. We have top pruned it and tried to reduce its size but it now dominates the front of the house.

  9. Absolutely loved this vlog so so much. Your dad is an absolute pleasure to watch, you’re very lucky you have wonderful parents. My late dad was a keen gardener and I love it too so really enjoyed this. Tell your dad his garden is beautiful and he’s given me lots of tips . He’s just ace
