  1. Years ago, I had a non working freezer. I removed the door, the shelves, the motor. In the side, approximately 5 " from back, and in the middle, I placed a PVC pipe that hung 7 " inside and out. I flipped the freezer on its back, and placed on cinder blocks to give it height so I didn't have to bend over it. I placed punk wood in over half of it, then layered in leaves, grass clippings, shredded paper and cardboard. Old goat and cow bedding , etc. watered it well. . added wood chips and then compost. I let this sit three months, then started planting. This was 30 years ago. I continue to add various layers throughout the seasons, making my compost straight in the beds. I have 42 of these now. Some are refrigerators and others are freezers. Only after about 20 years do I have to think about replacing one due to service rust. I have fed multiple families each season from these raised beds. No bending. Hardly any weeding. No rabbits or possoms. Folks have a hard time figuring out they are appliances! Lots of people over the years have started their own appliance beds. One caveat, I get these free from curbs and asking around and when I do need to replace, I sell to scrap! Let me know if you want photos of them.

  2. I moved from central cali to Texas and I can tell you these products could improve someone's game anywhere, but they are dearly needed here in Tx. The bug net/sun shade trellis system especially. The 36" beds are amazing back-savers, the coating is the real hero – it's super tough. We couldn't be happier with ours.

  3. Nice video to see how ptivelaged the first world lives. We on another continent will put our stuff in the good old sand bed.

  4. The future of home gardening is stealing your water because municipal governments say it all belongs to oil and chemical companies

  5. I live in Qc let only 1 vegetable on the soil
After winter when the soil will be hot enough for the vegetables 4C for lettuce 10C for the tomatoes it will grow alone for FREE

  6. Paid advertising using influencer good on you but really what is the real feed back on product, good for you as paiment but what’s the real review and honesty reviews, that’s why I gave up on influencer

  7. If only any of this was affordable. $50+ for cheap garden tools on their website is insane. Much less the multiple thousands of dollars for small greenhouses, etc.

  8. Thank you for showcasing the Vego Garden products. It’s nice to see them in real time, with a human and plants together to give them perspective. I know that for a lot of people, Vego may seem expensive, but I shop their sales 😊 and when the timing is right, you can get a lot of bonus products included with super discounted main products. I’d love to go there sometime just to check out the whole range of goodies. Thanks Mark!

  9. Oh that's my home state! Gotta love Texas lol. I have always enjoyed your channel!
