It just suddenly dawned on me I’ve been subconsciously adding rooting hormone to her water, since her root rot 🤣🤣
Meaning for past few months all her energy has gone into rooting not leaves…. Well she fenestrated regardless… let’s hope her growth explodes now Im stopping it but expecting the new leaf or two to be delayed , oops 🤣🤣🤣

I accidentally did the same thing to my Thai. 🙈
She was perfectly fine, but after my mistake I waited 5 months for her to start pushing new growth-and she never did. Only the roots grew like crazy.😅
So after 5 months with no growth at the top, I decided to chop her, and now a new baby is growing from the old stem.🥰
Hopefully your plant will be just fine-the fact that it’s still giving you new leaves is very promising.🤞🏻😊
