I have a Philodendron Burle-Marx and the last leaf that attempted to grow came in as a stump. I haven’t gotten another new leaf in over 6 months. I know that new leafs grow from the previous new leaf so since this leaf did not come in, will I get more leaves?

    It looks like it’s in a cup with no drainage in the wrong soil. Does it get any light ?

    You definitely need to increase its light for more growth. However the growth pattern on these specifically are wild. I call them bush philodendrons because they push out growth randomly and where ever they want to push it from.
