Hey everyone hoping for some advice please.

We bought a house 3 years ago with a very unkempt garden. We had some gardeners come in and clear it, till soil, remove weeds by hand and add fresh soil and grass seeds. We then repeated the process a year later. We still have such uneven ground and loads of weeds.

We have recently been conned by some 'gardeners' who have sprayed 'something' on the weeds which hasn't done anything and they're not responding.

What's the best and economical way of tackling this? We are in a massionette so entry points are super narrow for any big machinery. We have 3 little children who would love a garden!

Should we use weed killer (glyphosphate) on the plants and wait until they die before we sort rest of the garden? I've had so many failed attempts I'm just not sure what to do anything!

I would appreciate any advice and even any suggestions for any landscapers you recommend- I'm in London. I would just like weed control and leveling of the grass which I'm failing to do!

Thanks in advance!
