Corky passion vine? Cut the long runners and pull off as much loose vine as you can. Follow the main vines to the ground and cut as close to the soil as you can. Paint the stumps IMMEDIATELY with straight glyphosate. Keep watch for months and continue the treatments. Watch for new plants and pull out fast.

Pull it out with some effort or cut and paste with glyph – that looks like its probably one thick vine to me
