Hey all,
This is my white wizard. Ive had him for about 2 months and hes pushed out two white leaves and is currently pushing out a third completely white leaf. I noticed his stem is completely white, does that mean he cant push out green with this stem? Some of the bottom leaves are greener and hes pushed out a few.
Please help, I love his white leaves but I also need him to survive.
North window with strong grow light. I water him every two weeks or so when the pot feels light.

I normally threaten the plant a few times. Then I give it a dead line, like this. ” you get 1 more leafs or ill cut you! Ill cut you good!”
I have had with this on a florida beauty and a monstera albo. But it didnt work on a few others.
I have let a plant push 3 green/ white leafs and then got lucky so….
