I wouldn’t say it’s a steal but it has really beautiful variegation. I would pick it up if I didn’t have one. It’s really a call for you to make

Around me Home Depot carries smaller ones for 30$ so that size for 44$ is pretty good. The nursery around me sells much smaller ones for 60$. So it’s all kind of relative.

Walmart is selling them 1/2 that size for $20. Seems about right

I rescued one for groceout for 20. Probably a few months behind that one. Depends on the work you want to put in to it I suppose.

Save your receipt. You have one year with the plants

Yep. Good size for $44. Just check it over really well and quarantine if you’re able. Save the receipt. Good luck!

This one has great coloring, go for it.

Ehhh that’s kinda pricey, I’ve aways paid between 15 and 20 bucks but I find them to be more expensive in stores vs online.

The best price your going to find for that size is between $30 if you get lucky but $45 is about average and $60 is like if your trying to support a local business
I think the most important question is do you like that specific plant enough for the price? I’d pay more for a variegation that I love vs one I consider “just nice “. When I bought mine at $40 I absolutely fell in love with the big splashes on the leaves and I still feel the same joy when I look at it now. And I didn’t want a Thai Con. But with mine it was love at first sight. 😍😆

In my little corner of the world – I only ever saw them at my bougie greenhouse for over $100 ea/CAD. I waited YEARS until I finally saw them at a Canadian Tire for $60. I bought one – cause again years waiting for them to be under $100. Then 4 months later I saw two at my very local, not bougie, hardware store for $30 each and I bought both of them. So I have 3 for a total of $120. Worth it to me cause, damn,…again….years of waiting!! Just depends on what you are willing to pay in the “here and now”. $43 CAD is worth it to me for sure
