On the left you have the fresh material (tea bags, coffee grounds, leaves, grass, shredded newspaper, food scraps)
In the middle (what the left looks like after 3-4 weeks)
On the right you have the finished material (mostly. This is where the casting will mature and dry out. I'll make sure to turn this area multiple times before I decide to harvest. The dried castings will be screened to make a finer product and the bigger stuff from the screened material will go back into the left side to help with break down.
