Looks great!! I can tell by the leaves she needs water. Do you know when the last time it was repotted was? It could probably use some a fresh chunky well draining soil mix! I use Kellog’s bagged soil from home Depot and mix in perlite and orchid bark. For a monstera I’d mix in about 2 parts soil to 1 part bark and perlite. They can handle a little extra moisture and it means you can to longer between waterings. Water when the top 2″ of soil is dry and you’re good!
