Fiddle Leaf Health

Hello all!

I got this from costco a few months ago, overall it seems to be growing well in the east facing window. It has a Overhead 36w grow bulb and a 5w in the pot just to "support" lower tiny leaves. It get watered roughly once a week. It's throwing new leaves pretty often. I understand the red dots are common from watering inconsistencies, but is this something I should aim to correct? The lower leaves had some damage when I bought it, id say 80% of new leaves come out looking great, the others are shriveled or mishapen.

1. Can I stop or mitigate the formation of the water rust spots? (i know they fade)

2. Is it normal for leaves to come out slightly shriveled once in a while?

3. Is it normal for lower leaves to drop?

4. Anything wrong with my setup?
