It’s losing leaves and is looking a bit scrappy and hasn’t fruited in the three years it’s been in the ground but it’s found its feet now and grew nicely throughout the warmer months. It’s on the right path to being a good tree at full maturity.

Leaves will drop off after summer, that’s normal. You probably need a prune after winter for the new growth and the plums.
I am a bit conscious about your soul. Looks very grey and lacking nutrients.
Might be worth getting some good soil around the base.
What are you doing fertiliser wise?
PS: mine is a similar size and gets a bit of fruit.
Bonus, adds privacy to your lovely window!
Have you considered laying down a nice thick mulch over the whole yard and planting more stuff? Those two trees look a bit lonely, and the grass looks sad. 20cm of tree chippings would give you some beautiful soil in 12 months
Youve done well getting the shape right. There’s a few branches that look to be overlaying/crowding each other. The lower branches where they’re stacked/crossing should go.
pic 2 and 5 show what looks lol a crack/crevice at the base. If that damage is allowing fungal attack it may explain the continued issues with fruiting. I’ve had a minor infection similar to this appear on a stunted fruit tree and once treated with copper based fungicide this year it began to heal, fruited and grew new shoots.
