Bugs? (Forgot to add picture)

Repost because I forgot to add a picture. I'm so sorry 🥲

Turned over a leaf on my monstera deliciosa and found this white paste. The dry crisp is not new, but this is the only white patch on the plant, thumbnail for size comparison. The closest texture I can think to compare it to is a paste, like cornstarch and a very small amount of water. I cannot see any distinct shapes or movement. Is it bugs or did I accidentally get my plant dirt with something else?
