    Slow braised with mirepoix and golden ale and stock, pull the meat and shred it a little, toss it with pappardelle pasta, some pan jus, herbs, and some grated cheese and black pepper.

    Your rabbits look happy and healthy (and delicious). This feels a little blasphemous coming from someone who used to actually work with a pet rabbit rescue (and had several beloved pet bunnies), but I’d rather see thriving meat rabbits living good lives, than factory farmed chickens or neglected “Easter” bunnies.
