My philodendron ghost is one of my absolute favorites. She hasn't put out any super pale leaves lately, so I assume she's reverting, which I can live with. But I'm not sure if I should chop her back to try to get her more full. It's hard to find pics of this plant more mature, so I'm not sure if this is just how they grow. I know she likely needs more light for the leaf color, but until I can get more grow lights, this is what she's got to work with.

What a gorgeous leaf shape! The lack of paleness in the leaves is definitely due to a lack of light, she will mature much better under a brighter lighting set up or in a brighter window. If you want to make her look more full, you can definitely chop and then that way not only will she hopefully grow back fuller but then just propagate the cutting and repot in the same pot and you have an even bushier plant!
