I got this one back in March along with my Rose Bouquet. My Rose Bouquet has been thriving growing lots of new leaves and even some blooms now, while this one has stayed stagnant and has even lost a few leaves here and there. The remaining leaves are firm and I checked the roots today and they’re all healthy, no root rot. I suspect it has to do with all the white leaves but I don’t know what I can really do about that besides wait it out for the warmer weather. Does anyone have any advice/tips?

Add a small amount of epsom salts to get more green in the leaves. I’m sure if you google this you will find more details about amounts.
The extreme variegation is genetic, not nutrient deficiency. The green sectors are dark green, not yellowish. But those tiny areas are trying to feed the entire plant. The best you can do it not stress it out in anyway. As this would include every possible variable, it’s tough to say “do this.”
