
I got this when it was just a tiny little thing in a tiny pot and i had to keep getting bigger and bigger pots. Then I read you can cut bits off and they grow so I did that and now its a monster haha. Do I just keep cutting the tops off and re planting them. I have no more room in my pot

All I’m going to say is we don’t actually need to propagate each and every cutting. Blasphemy I know. Burn me as witch 😆
I also have an African Milk Tree. Composting is not recommended. They are prolific.
Strange, mine has grown taller and taller but hasn’t grown wider with additional stems coming from the pot. Maybe I just need to pot it in a wider pot!
Mine has become so tall that it’s unstable, so I’m preparing to chop it and replant it in a wider pot, but I need to read up on the process because they have a milky sap that is toxic. Following this thread to see if anyone has tips on that to share.
