Plant app says its Algerian ivy. It was all cut up and ran over by bulldozers. Couldn't find any with true roots without going on the property. Can I propagate these stems? I want to put it in a hanging pot.

If it is Algerian ivy I’ve propped it in soil and water before it takes awhile to get going again but they all took root
