What species is this?

I originally picked it up for $8 at a local nursery because it looked like a seyrigia. however, when it got poked by an aloe broomi next to it in the car ride home, I noticed it started leaking that milky white sap that is so distinctive of this genus. Any advice on care and what species it is would be appreciated
