First big harvest of the year! What’s the best way to keep these crisp?


They are finally ready to be picked! Any tips on how to harvest and store them so they stay crisp for more than a few days? I don't want any of this green gold to go to waste.

    Don’t pick until you’re ready to eat them. Fresh is best.

    Plastic bags and a fridge lol. Keep them as dry as you can before bagging them
