What non-motorized tools do I need to clear my yard of weeds?

I’m new to owning a yard, and it had these weeds growing on it, some of them 2 to 3 feet tall. These pictures were taken nine days after using RoundUp. Some of the weeds have pretty thick stems. What non-motorized tools do I need to remove the weeds now? I plan on putting down turf and stone/cement on most of the yard soon, so I wouldn’t have use much use later on for a weed whacker or other similar tool. Do I need a rake, a hoe, gardening scissors? All of the above? Thank you!! 🙂
