I’m working on turning this treehouse-like structure into a bar and thought it would be cute to have cascading vines coming from the top down the 2 front columns. I’m thinking something like pothos, but want to find something that can tolerate the heat! Ideally it would be evergreen, but open to any and all suggestions! I’m planning to build a planter along the front edge of the upper level. It’s mostly sunny but gets a bit of shade throughout the day.

Coral vine!!
Morning glories!
I’m a fan of crossvine; it’s climbing, but otherwise seems to meet many of your requirements. Evergreen / semi evergreen, can tolerate some shade (and best of all, native & attractive to pollinators.) Here is some on display at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, photo from about 2 weeks ago.

Cross vine is a champ, but wisteria would look nice with the pendulous blooms dangling down.
