Picture 1 is what I just found on another leaf. Picture 2 is the aftermath of one I had found aa month ago and scraped/popped it. A milky white liquid came out, and where the liquid touched seemed to leave another mark just to the right of the circular mark. Google lens is giving me nothing except telling me it's scale bugs, but it doesn't really look like one to me.
Thanks for helping with identifying and treating. It gets indirect light and I water it about every two weeks.
