I successfully propped some African violets from leaves. But…what do I do now? Are these more than one baby?

Sometimes one leave can give you kinda a mess. Look for a center where multiple leaves are coming from. That would be a crown. Often they look wonky when they are new but once you have a single crown in a pot it will start growing more normal.
It does look like you might have 2?.. if you put them in maybe a 2-3” pot and see how they do, it’ll just take time.
Just do t bury each crown too deep
