Earl’s Court hotel Templeton Garden is launching a new Hidden Garden Afternoon Tea, served on the terrace of its beaut central garden (where else?). Celebrating classic flavours and seasonal produce, the afternoon tea includes three tiers of sweets and savouries served on floral Fleur Des Alpes by Rosenthal bone china.
The finger sandwiches selection includes glazed gammon with English mustard; cucumber, mint and cream cheese; St Ewes egg mayonnaise and cress; and Devon smoked salmon and lemon on beetroot bread. Then you can move onto raspberry and pistachio domes; English strawberry and chocolate choux buns; foraged elderflower and lemon macarons; carrot cake; and fig rolls with blackcurrant. And of course there’ll be freshly baked scones with seasonal berry jam and Cornish clotted cream.
As well as a pot of English Breakfast tea, you can enjoy the afternoon tea with seasonal cocktails like the Jam Bramble (gin, seasonal jam and citrus sherbet) and the English Rose (vodka, rose cordial, citrus and bubbles) from Templeton Garden’s bar, Sprout.

Bookings can be made in groups of two.
Tables will be reserved for two hours.
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time. A fee of £20 per person may apply for no shows and late cancellations.
