Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to grow blueberries for the first time, I've gone with Biloxi blueberries and was wondering if anyone has any helpful tips to share about them or on how to look after them properly?

I bought the plant from bunnings and also wondered if anyone knows how long it will take for the plant to mature or for it to start growing blueberries?

I live in Brisbane, Australia – I believe it's a zone 2 for climate.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

    There’s no way your in a zone 2 Australia –
    sorry, anyway your Blueberry bush must be an Australian hybrid.
    With blueberries –
    (In pots) /
    tablespoon of aluminum sulfate powder
    cactus soil contains sand,
    (peat moss)
    is a must…
    potting soil is good also, garden soil contains real dirt…
    try latering when IT blueberry plant outgrows the pot it is in, or just changing out the soil…
    Another blueberry plant variety is needed for cross pollinating purposes: you might use q tips to rub the pollen from flower to flower;
    sunshine is a must, but be careful of extreme late afternoon heat…
    blood meal and bone meal:

    Blueberries like cold spells also, and rainy misty weather… Of course sunshine is important, but be careful of the late afternoon extreme heat. Wind protection is important, wall helps as a wind breaker…
    your spot on the balcony looks good –
