I just repotted after buying this rex begonia from a local nursery, this leaf has been struggling since I bought it, wondering if I should just cut it or wait and see what happens?

Soil mix is: 60% top soil, then some sphagnum, perlite and orchid bark mixed in, mostly moss because I heard they like it sorta chunky but not as chunky as canes so I just used my Cane mix but with a bit less of the chunkiness. Currently keeping in my bathroom under a grow light, relatively decent airflow in here, my other plants seem to do okay in here but I’m not super familiar with Rex begonia.

I just went through the same issue and chopped everyday

I would just cut the one struggling leaf for now and not touch it for a bit. Just let it get used to its new home. Watch how it does for 2 or 3 weeks and assess whether it needs more/less light, humidity, circulation, etc, based on how it does.

I have a slight obsession with buying the most pitiful brink-of-death-looking clearance rack planties and the Begogos make the most amazing recoveries. I just leave them alone (except water when dirt feels dry) on a window for several weeks.
