what can i do to keep them alive do i have a mistake ?

    Put in a bubble stone immediately! You need to keep the water moving just like the ocean. Gotta simulate it. You can’t put seawater in a jar and let it go stagnant and expect it to thrive. Also lay low on light. Absolutely no direct sunlight. I keep mine under a cheap LED reading light for 3 years and it’s dong great.

    Is the green stuff algae? The bubbles in the third picture indicate decay. The jar is also way too small for that snail. It needs at least 5 gallons.

    BUT having said that, it’s a good start! You got all the key ingredients, just gotta get them moving :).
