First year doing dahlias. Please be kind. I don’t think I’d plant outside until after Mothers Day. Some are just starting but I see some big roots on others – this is just one shelf. The other shelves are tubers I got later. Also one front row second from left – has not been sprouting. Do they just take awhile some? When they go in the ground should they got horizontal? I’m seeing conflicting info. TIA.
